Is there a free trial?

Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the price difference is prorated.

Where do I subscribe?

Subscriptions are purchased inside the MedInfosys app, under Settings and then Subscription. Start your trial first and choose a plan when you are ready.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support multiple payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay.

What happens when my trial ends?

You are notified before the trial ends. If you do not upgrade, the account is limited to basic features until you choose a plan.

Are there per-inquiry fees?

No. Pricing is per licensed seat with annual ticket allowances shown on each plan. Nothing is charged per inquiry.
